The spines and grids of the VT100 are cast with innovative alloy and its thick, modified heavy duty plates ensure long and reliable service. The VT 100 has a capacity of 100AH C20 @ 27degree C. The VT 100 battery offers a back up of one hour thirty minutes to fifty four hours, depending upon the connected load. One estimate calculates that VT100 offers up to 40% extra backup. With a length of 510milimetre, width of 210milimetre and a height of 250milimetre, the dry weight of the VT 100 battery is 24Kg, while the filled weight of the battery (that is a battery filled with acid) is roughly 40.5Kg. The gross weight of the battery is 42Kg. The VT100 requires roughly 11 litres of acid give or take 2 litres. V-Guard offers a standard warranty of 24 months on the VT100. There can also be the Pro-Rated warranty of 12 months.
