This is also an upright type of extinguisher. The body contains 9 Ltrs. of tepid water into which 45gms of anti-corrosive substance has been dissolved and a siphon tube through which the water is pushed up. Sodium Bicarbonate can also be added to make the PH alkaline and prevent corrosion, water is expelled by the pressure of a 40 gm Co2 gas cartridge inside the body. It has a wire braided plastic hose with an ABS plastic nozzle screwed onto the opening of the nozzle.
Similarly it is also available in the stored pressure type in which the water is pressurized by Dry Nitrogen gas. A pressure gauge indicate its readiness for use.
