Consortium of microbes for the growth of potential biomass for the reduction of Ammonical Nitrogen in the biological treatment process.

The product contains 8 different bacterial consortium Manufactured by MSI Biotech

1. Nitrification and Dinitrification bacteria

2. Fluorescent bacteria

3. Photosynthetic bacteria.

4. Hydrolytic bacteria

5. Thermophilic and Hyper Thermophilic bacteria

6. Odour Control bacteria

The microbial consortiums are very potential and highly effective and efficient to survive in in the effluent and release urease and related enzymes for the reduction of Ammonical Nitrogen

The bacterial count in our product will be 420 x 10⁷

Characteristics:

pH : 6.5 to 7

Colour : Pale Yellow

Working Conditions: It work only in the biological treatment systems,

1. pH ranging from 6.5 to 8.5,
2. Temperature from 20oC to 45oC.
3. DO to be maintain from 2.3 to 3.0 mg/l
4. TDS level not more than 20000 mg/l
5. Chloride level not more than 8000 mg/l

Dosing:

For 2500m3 of aeration tank with 25m3/hour with 200 mg/l of Ammonical nitrogen the requirement is

1^st Day 5 litres

2^nd to 5^th day 2.5 litres

6^th to 21^st day 2 litres in alternate days

From then onwards 1.5 litres twice a week as maintenance dose
